Dr. Natalia (she/her/hers) is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy in New Jersey. She is the owner and founder of Mind Body Pelvis, LLC, a specialized physical therapy practice with a sole focus on pelvic health through an individualized and holistic approach.

Due to the often sensitive nature of conditions in the pelvic region, Dr. Natalia emphasizes not only the root cause of physical dysfunction but also the underlying emotional and spiritual needs of her clients.

She founded Mind Body Pelvis, LLC, because she is passionate about removing the taboo surrounding women’s health and pelvic floor related concerns. She believes that anyone experiencing discomfort ‘down there’ deserves to be heard, validated, and have their concerns addressed by a pelvic specialist in a safe and judgment-free environment.

Her approach to women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction is through compassionate and holistic care, centered on empowering her clients to take an active role in their healing.

Dr. Natalia's commitment to providing evidence-based treatments in Pelvic Health is apparent in her continuous education.

Dr. Natalia received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton and has taken extensive continuing education classes to expand her knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction. She received her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through the Herman and Wallace Institute, as well as the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through Core Exercise Solutions. Dr. Natalia is passionate about meeting the pelvic health needs of the transgender community, and has first-hand experience providing both pre- and post-operative pelvic floor therapy.  She is now a teaching assistant for the Herman and Wallace Institute and enjoys mentoring clinicians interested in aspects of pelvic health.
