Bladder Services

Bladder Health

Urinary issues like incontinence, urgency/frequency, post-void dribbling, interstitial cystitis, and difficulty voiding are addressed through improving bladder control with exercises to promote full range of motion of your pelvic floor, myofascial release and restoring functional movement patterns.

Surgical Pelvic Health

Our surgical pelvic health services include specialized post-surgery care for prolapse repair, hysterectomy, and abdominal surgeries, including laparoscopic incisions. We focus on individualized rehabilitation and overall restoration of pelvic health, ensuring a smooth and effective recovery process.

Prenatal and Postpartum Care

We offer prenatal physical therapy to ease pregnancy related postural and pelvic floor changes with or without symptoms present. We use specific exercises and interventions targeting your needs to assist in push prep. Our postpartum care, starting approximately at 6 weeks after delivery, focuses on comfortable healing and recovery to ensure you are supported every step of the way.

Transgender Pelvic Health

Transgender Pelvic Health

Pre-operative and post-operative physical therapy treatment can improve gender-affirming surgical outcomes. We can manage pre-existing pelvic floor dysfunction before surgery as well as address any musculoskeletal, and postural impairments post surgery that affect daily function. We also address pelvic floor dysfunction that may accompany various gender affirming modalities like binding and tucking. Our aim is to provide a safe space for optimal healing and restore pain free movement for queer,  transgender and non-binary folks.
