Our goal at Mind Body Pelvis, LLC is to provide every client with high quality care and attention. In order to provide this care, we will make our best efforts to accommodate each client’s schedule and reserve appointment slots accordingly.
To maintain the quality of our services and honor the time and care reserved for each client, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no show appointments, will incur a fee of 100% of the visit cost and will be charged to the card on file.
- At the discretion of Dr. Natalia, a late-cancelled visit may be converted to a telehealth session when clinically appropriate.
- After two late cancellations and/or no-shows, Mind Body Pelvis, LLC has the right to cancel your plan of care. This allows us to offer your time slot to a patient waiting to be seen.
One-Time Courtesy Exception
We understand that life happens. Each client is eligible for one courtesy waiver of a late cancellation fee per calendar year. This courtesy exception may be applied to a cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice but does not apply to no-shows or evaluations. Any additional late cancellations within the same calendar year will be subject to the fees outlined above.
