Cancellation Policy

Our goal at Mind Body Pelvis, LLC is to provide every client with high quality care and attention.  In order to provide this care, we will make our best efforts to accommodate each client’s schedule and reserve appointment slots accordingly.

To maintain the quality of our services as well as accommodate patients on our waitlist, we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. 

We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that you are unable to make the scheduled appointment, we require a minimum 24-hour notice. Cancellations can be made by calling our phone (848) 893-9235 and we will address your schedule change in a timely manner. 

  • Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time are subject to 50% of the visit cost which will be charged to the card on file.
  • A no show or cancellations made within 4 hours of your scheduled time are subject to 100% of the visit cost which will be charged to the card on file. 
  • After any patient accumulates two (2) late cancellations and/or no-show appointments, Mind Body Pelvis, LLC has the right to cancel your plan of care. 
  • This allows us to offer your time slot to a patient waiting to be seen.
