To my wonderful community, past, current, and future clients of Mind Body Pelvis:

I would like to extend my sincerest thank you for not only trusting me with your care, but being there every step of the way throughout my first year in business.

For many years, I had a vision of creating a quiet, serene and safe space where women and the LGBTQ+ community experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction are able to receive high quality pelvic health care from a dedicated specialist. The vision of MBP places an emphasis not only on the root cause of physical dysfunction but also the underlying emotional and spiritual needs of pelvic health. Keeping every future client coming through my doors in mind, I intentionally designed a space where holistic healing of the mind, body and pelvic floor could take place: Mind Body Pelvis, LLC. I officially opened the doors to my dream on April 15, 2024; One full year ago!

I have always believed in a compassionate and holistic treatment approach in a way that empowers people to take an active role in their healing. My goal for therapy is to emphasize the mind-body connection and integrate a multidisciplinary approach in order to maximize the quality of life for Women and the LGBTQ+ community with pelvic floor dysfunction- Something I felt could not be achieved in the corporate world, where productivity is valued over quality of care. I made the scary jump to open my own practice, and I could not be more grateful.

Mind Body Pelvis did not unfold without help. I have had continued support from family, friends and colleagues, but most importantly, my Mom, Laura, who cheered me on when the days got hard. If you had the pleasure of crossing paths with Laura at the front desk of MBP this past year, I know you have also experienced the sense of comfort, empathy and empowerment that she gives me on a daily basis.

And lastly, to my incredible, resilient, amazing clients; thank you is an understatement. Because of you, MBP has far surpassed where I thought it would be in just one year. Every appointment in which you trusted me with your care, every google review, every conversation you had to spread word of mouth of my practice means more than you could ever know to a small business owner. Each and every single one of you has healed me and helped me to grow in a way that I did not know was imaginable, thank you. It is amazing what greatness can occur when we come together as a community. I cannot wait to do this for many more years to come.

I want to give back to my clients as a thank you for making year one such a success!

I have partnered with 4 of my favorite local businesses who have donated incredibly generous gifts for you all. At your upcoming appointments, I will provide each of you with 4 raffle tickets to be in the running for one of these amazing gifts! Raffle tickets are open to past and current clients! If you no longer attend pelvic floor PT with me in person, shoot me an email (info@mindbodypelvis.com) designating where you would like to place your 4 raffle tickets. Prizes will be drawn at the end of May!
