We offer prenatal physical therapy to ease pregnancy related postural and pelvic floor changes with or without symptoms present. We use specific exercises and interventions targeting your needs to assist in push prep. Our postpartum care, starting approximately at 6 weeks after delivery, focuses on comfortable healing and recovery to ensure you are supported every step of the way.

  • Diastasis Recti Abdominis (DRA/Abdominal Separation): Separation of the abdominal muscles often occurring during or after pregnancy.
  • Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction/Pelvic Girdle Pain: Joints in the pelvis become relaxed causing instability and discomfort.
  • Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction: Dysfunction in the sacroiliac joint which can cause lower back and pelvic pain.
